Join us this Saturday, December 6 at Riot Room in Kansas City for the 2nd Annual KC Noise For Toys Benefit Concert! It’ll be a night of great music featuring our buddies in Hembree, and Bonzo Madrid, as well as DJ sets from French Horn Rebellion and Sheppa.
Music starts at 9pm. Tickets are only $10 at the door OR $6 with the donation of an unopened toy! Proceeds and toy donations will benefit the Toys For Tots organization. Yes, this is a show for the kids, but OH DEAR GOD PLEASE DON’T BRING YOUR CHILDREN.
In addition to our annual ugly sweater contest, we’ll have some special treats in store for you including: red balloons! white balloons! a single deflated green balloon! a fake Christmas tree! an eggnog dunk tank! and several poorly rehearsed Christmas songs!
See what the folks over at Kansas City’s Mills Record Company have to say about Noise For Toys and our multi-platinum selling record “Attraction:” http://millsrecordcompany.com/local-showcase-noise-fm
“…Attraction bubbles with a sexuality that has all the slink and shimmer of a noir universe...”
Our yearly “Very Special Message From The Noise FM” column is featured over on The Larryville Chronicles. Read it HERE to find out what went wrong with last year’s Noise For Toys in Kansas City (hint: mother nature was mighty angry that day): http://larryvillechronicles.blogspot.com/2014/12/our-annual-very-special-christmas.html
“…last year was an absolute disaster. Santa could have taken a steaming dump in those poor kids’ stockings and it would have been more successful than the shitshow we hosted...”
Kansas City’s Deli Magazine has a preview of Noise For Toys HERE: http://kansascity.thedelimagazine.com/thenoisefm1
“…The holiday party includes an ugly sweater contest, costumes, and Christmas tunes, “and usually one of our unfortunate friends dressed as Santa in the same unwashed Santa suit we’ve had for 10 years…””

The 4th Annual Chicago Noise For Toys Benefit will take place on Saturday, December 13 at Cobra Lounge!
Join us for a night of dancing, ugly sweaters, and gaudy Christmas decorations as our friends Blane Fonda, Bring Your Ray Gun and Ancient Friends help us party for a great cause!
We have a limited number of advance tickets on sale NOW for only $5! Get them here: https://www.ticketfly.com/
Tickets the night of the show are $10 OR only $5 with the donation of an unopened toy!
Due to overwhelming demand (and the previous venue Township suddenly cancelling all of its shows — read the story HERE), we’ve moved this year’s event to Cobra Lounge (235 N Ashland). There was a brief moment last week when we were worried that this year’s Chicago Noise For Toys may not happen. With your help we’ve been able to find a new home for this special event, and lots of kids in the Chicago area will be grateful for the support! Thanks so much to everyone who emailed, called and messaged us with suggestions and to offer help with finding a new venue. The party will go on!
